Transfer of Shares in a Company which owns Alderney Property

A Company which owns an Alderney property and transfers shares within the Company is required to inform the Registrar of the share transfer and complete a  Duty on Share Transfer Form [353kb].

The levels of duty payable for share transfers of a land owning company are similar to the amount payable for a land transfer between different individuals or companies.
