External Company Register

A company which is not registered in Alderney, Guernsey or Jersey and establishes a place of business in Alderney must be registered as an External Company.

For registration you will also need to submit the Company Certificate of Incorporation, a certified copy of the Memorandum and Articles and the applicable fee. External Company Fees [101kb]

External Companies are required to submit an annual return with the applicable fee each year.  External Company Annual Return [365kb]
