Company Registry

The Register of Alderney Companies is held at the Court office, Queen Elizabeth II Street, Alderney GY9 3TB, by the Greffier acting as the Registrar of Companies. The provisions of The Companies (Alderney) Law, 1994, as amended apply. The Law can be viewed at:http://www.guernseylegalresources.gg

An Alderney registered Company must have at least one Director, a Company Secretary, at least one Member (shareholder) and a Resident Agent. Each company must have a Registered Office in Alderney and display a sign stating the Company name at the Registered Office.
